The last few weeks have been filled with turmoil and sadness, with incidents of gender based violence, crimes against children and issues of race exposed in news headlines.

These often cloud the little moments of happiness and acts of kindness we may experience in the day.

Joanne Joseph highlights the good that is being done in an effort to bring some light to Joburg with a few billboards prompting residents to do something kind.
