Today the 94.5kfm Ground Patrol team were at the Desmond Tutu HIV Foundation Youth Centre in Kommetjie. They were joined by the Trees4Schools organisation who asked the Masiphumelele High School students to help them plant trees at the centre.
Not only did the students help plant trees and make a difference in their community but they learnt about the importance the environment has on their futures and those around them. Drama classes, activities and treats were supplied for all involved so they were able to give back but also have an incredible time doing so.
